The A Family!

I had sooo much fun tonight with the A family! I loved taking pictures with their little girl! She was so fun. I will post more pictures as I edit them, so stay tuned! She was such a ham for the camera. She would be mad for a minute and then she'd turn and smile right at me...Thanks guys for letting me take such fun pictures!!!

Photo Challenge

FOOD! We went to the annual Strawberry Days celebration in Pleasant Grove this year. The kids rode the rides and of course, I wouldn't be proper if we left without enjoying the strawberries and cream! So, here is my submission for the FOOD Challenge:

Weddings

Now, I know I don't 'do' weddings. But, I've had the opportunity to attend 2 weddings this month -- both COMPLETELY gorgeous! The first was my cousin Sarah on the 12th of June, and the 2nd was my friend Shelly on the 21st. So, just for fun I took my camera along to practice and get some fun family shots. I just thought I'd share them with you here.

I recently registered through the state and am heading to the city offices tomorrow for my business license. Scary, but totally exciting! I also have been working on a new logo -- I'd love to know what you think:

Photo Challenge (5)

Our challenge this week was to shoot 5 ~ five of anything, everything but something. The number/word 5 is acceptable too.
So, here is my submission. This is my kids sprinkler -- there's a big row of these but I cropped it out so there were only 5 showing. This was a rough challenge, I looked all week.

I have joined a new group that does one challenge a week. This week was 'framing' something within the picture. I chose this one of my friends little boy.

Are you sick of seeing them yet? I take their pictures all the time when I want to try out new locations and this was no exception. This place was perfection! After getting busted for trespassing, I thought the pictures I got were totally worth it! An Alaskan Smiler!

This little guy was F.U.N! He was just the happiest little thing and I had a blast with him. They are from Alaska and were here to visit family. I was lucky enough to get to take his pictures! Thanks mommy for letting me take his pictures!

Hey, Blue Eyes

Oh my goodness! This little guy has THE MOST amazing blue eyes -- just like his mom! We did these for his first birthday. He was so much fun (even without a nap). I got an INSANE amount of perfect pictures so these are just a few for mommy.

More Senior

So...my baby sister is graduating from High School this year! Where does the time go!!? She is like a supermodel beauty queen and I had such a FUN time with her taking some senior portraits. Here are a few of my favs.

A Practice Session

So, my good friend Becca and I took our kids out and practiced away. The kids were SOOOO good and by the end couldn't WAIT for their Happy Meals. It was so fun and SO good for me. I hope we do it again soon! Here are a few of my favs from that day.

A Different Kind of Adventure

We headed out and drove the entire circumference of Utah Lake. It took us quite a while. We stopped to get some pictures a few times. Here are a few shots of our day out.

Senior FUN

So, I went out with my cousins, my sister, and 2 of her friends this weekend. The weather was AWFUL (snow!), but we got some fun shots. We are going to go out again when the weather is nice and get some shots where we aren't trying to hide from the snow. It was still a blast! After pictures, we were all starving and headed over to Zupas for some dinner. If you haven't been there....I HIGHLY recommend it! Anyway, here are a few shots that we got of my gorgeous cousins!

Sweet Baby T

I had the chance to take some shots of this ADORABLE snuggly little guy today! He was SO good! He cried maybe twice during the whole shoot. He was alert and just so sweet. I just didn't want to put him down to take his picture! So, contgrats J & A on your sweet little boy! I can just tell how loved he is - he's lucky!! Thanks again for letting me use you as guinea pigs! You're the best! Here's a little peek -

A Saturday Outing

To start building even more of a portfolio, Ron and I took the kids out to get some shots. Cambry was pretty adamant about wearing her princess skirt, so we went with it - she looks so cute!
